NEW YORK – The trial for the Nine Trey has begun with members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Alijermiah “Nuke” Mack, where Tekashi 69 takes the stand to testiy against them. An audio has beed leaked of Daniel’s testimony, it starts off with a series of question around how he went from Daniel Hernandez to Tekashi 69.
He discloses where he went to school and his work history, Hernandez tells the court that he started off working at the court house when that didn’t pay enough he then worked as a buss boy as his brother. He then talks about how he met Peter “Righteous P” Rodgers in 2014 as a bus boy and became a rapper shortly after, and began touring over seas. This is where the trial gets interesting, Tekashi started off with Rock n’ Roll rap, he made the transition into gangsta rap in 2020. Around this time is where he met rapper Seqo Billy, and at this time was when Daniel was introduced to members of the Nine Trey. In August of 2020 he shot the music video Gummo, and the Nine Trey Bloods acted as supporters in the video. He also alleges that Gummo was a diss track towards Trippy Red. This is when they discuss Trippy Red’s gang affiliation, claiming he is apart of the 5 Star Brim. He also would mention the meaning behind songs such as Kooda and Gummo. He then goes on to talk about diffent encounters such as the Chief Keefe shooting, the Trippie Red shooting and other incidents. LIsten to the 10 min audio below.
An extended 10-minute version of the audio from Tekashi 6ix9ine’s day in court has been released. The audio features Tekashi sharing where he went to school in NYC, various jobs he had in high school, and how he linked up with the Nine Trey Bloods.
