The NFL’s new Social Justice Campaign that was announced earlier this month when Jay z’s Roc Nation partnered with the NFL. The program called Inspire change was created to
“Showcase players, owners and the league working together to change communities across America”
according to the NFL Operations website.
Three areas will make up the structure of the program and include education & economic advancement, police & community relations, & criminal justice reform.
The program will have community activation in social justice events grassroots funding , and sharing stories of change. The 1st event for the 2019 NFL season will be a free concert held in Chicago on September 5th.
Meek Mill, Meghan Trainer & Rapsody will be advocates and acts at this free concert that will be @ Grant Park for the NFL Kickoff Experience. Rapsody will also be in a attendance a day before this event for a Speed Mentoring Session at Chicago based organization BBF Family services.
